The Chinese American Foundation for Education (CAFE) is a non-profit organization formed to disseminate medical information and to propagate healthy lifestyles.
In order to achieve the above goals, activities will include health fairs, medical seminars, exercise programs, monthly hiking trips, and nutritional potluck dinners.

CAFE's most distinct feature is its FITNESS COACHING PROGRAM. We train volunteers to be FITNESS COACHES, and they will, in turn, instruct and motivate others to pursue fitness and well-being.
